Plot Summary: Alex Rogan, a talented teenager living in a trailer park, discovers that his exceptional skills at the arcade game "Starfighter" have made him the target of an otherworldly recruitment effort. Centauri (Robert Preston), an alien emissary, reveals that the game was a test, and Alex is now the last hope for the beleaguered Star League in a real intergalactic war.
