As anticipation builds for the upcoming screening of "Séance Games: Metaxu" at the Golden State Film Festival, directed by the talented Tane McClure and boasting a cast featuring Eric Roberts, Andrew James Ferguson, Olivia Deligan, Madison Taylor, Bernard Timmons II, Farryl Christina Lawson, Nisha Catron, and Sylvester Bowen, audiences are in for a sophisticated exploration of modern horror intertwining with the complexities of social media. The movie is already generating buzz on the festival circuit, and is set to debut on streaming platforms on Tuesday, February 13th on VOD (TVOD) and available on both digital and cable VOD platforms for rental and purchase on iTunes, Apple+TV, Amazon, and VUDU. It'll also be available to stream on Google Play, YouTube, Vimeo On Demand and Microsoft Movies. "Four popular social media stars team up to play the online Séance Game called "Metaxu". Each team must live-stream 2 séances over two nights at the scariest, most haunted place they can find. The team with the highest number of followers during the séances will win over 1 million dollars and worldwide METAXU fame. Thinking this is all fun games, with just a little horror cos-play, our team soon discovers that they have encountered a true haunting with deadly consequences. The intensity rises as they are followed by the ghost of their murdered friend, and learn that someone in their group may be her KILLER."
