Delivery Information & Terms
All delivery charges will be presented upon checkout. International delivery charges may vary dependent on the shipping location. All of our delivery charges are based on the customer being available to accept the goods.
Our standard delivery times vary based on the item(s) you are ordering and of course your location. This is due to the fact that we work alongside several suppliers and artists where products vary in size, location and availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, any potential variation to a delivery date given will be advised to you by email or telephone.
Please note that any order received after midday on a Friday (along with any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
We utilise national and international postage carriers for all our deliveries.

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know at the time of ordering if you would like to give any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant ‘Special Instructions’ in the box provided upon online checkout online.
As a result some of the goods you order may come to you direct from source resulting in your order consisting of more than one part. Depending on stock availability, some orders may be split into more than one delivery so you are not kept waiting for those items immediately available.
You will be notified each time a part of your order has been dispatched so that you can keep track of your items. If we become aware of stock difficulties, which will affect delivery timescales, we will let you know by telephone or email.
Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them. If any part of your delivery is damaged or faulty please contact us by at email@example.com ensuring that you include your order reference number.
Do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for “unchecked” will be deemed to have been received in good condition. As soon as the order has been delivered to your requested delivery address, the risk of any damage or loss passes to you.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Subject to the other provisions of these conditions we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by our negligence), nor shall any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless such delay exceeds 180 days.
1.2 If for any reason the Buyer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, personnel, documents, vehicular access, licences or authorisations: (a) risk for the Goods shall pass to the Buyer (including for loss or damage caused by our negligence); (b) the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and (c) we may store the Goods until re-delivery, whereupon the Buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, original and re-delivery charges, storage and insurance).
1.3 We may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
1.4 Each instalment shall be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to an instalment shall entitle the Buyer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract or instalment.
2.1 The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by us on despatch from our place of business shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the Buyer on delivery unless the Buyer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
2.2 We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by our negligence) unless the Buyer gives written notice to us of the non-delivery within five days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
2.3 Any liability of us for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such Goods.
2.4 Any discrepancy relating to the quantity, quality or description of the Goods must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery by email and confirmed in writing within seven days of the time of delivery.
