Plot Summary: In this darkly comedic horror sequel, Duane and his deformed twin brother Belial are separated after their escape from the hospital. Belial, still deeply connected to his brother, seeks revenge on the doctors who mistreated them. Meanwhile, Duane searches for acceptance among a community of freaks and outcasts.
